Ron Houston, Owner
Ron Houston grew up in Oregon and has been involved in the construction industry since 1974. He began by working for a quality custom home builder driving heavy machinery for excavation and foundation work. He soon expanded his construction experience to framing, trim, and cabinets. He later moved to Texas with his wife and four small children and has been remodeling and building homes here since 1984. He currently lives in Trophy Club with his wife of 48 years, Nancy. Their four sons all graduated from Arlington High and then College, married four wonderful women, and are now raising their eight grandchildren.
Ron uses his broad range of skills and experience to focus on the development of each project, both during design and construction. His time is dedicated to meeting with each client and to monitoring the schedule, the budget, and the quality of each project.

Aaron Houston
Builder
Aaron Houston, Ron’s oldest son, was born in Oregon but grew up here in Arlington, Texas, and graduated from Stephen F. Austin University. He moved back to Oregon after graduation and worked for seven years as a home builder there, even building his own first home. He also reconnected with his kindergarten sweetheart and got married. Aaron’s broad construction knowledge, learned while working in his father’s home building business and on his own, has proven to be a great resource in meeting the variety of challenges faced in custom remodeling. Aaron lives in Arlington with his wife, Nicole, and their son, Titus.
As a builder, Aaron oversees all construction and the daily construction activities on all projects.

“We loved our home but the master bathroom was tiny: a 30inch shower, and no bathtub, and had no ideas of what or if anything could be done with this room. We just knew my husband needed a bigger shower and I missed having a bathtub.
Ron walked in; looked at the bathroom, looked at the dressing area in the bedroom. Within minutes he excitedly had a vision of what could be done. We could not envision this but it sounded very good. Our bathroom is amazing. The ceiling was raised, the wall separating the bathroom and dressing area was knocked out. Now we have a corner whirlpool tub, large shower; the walls around the commode are made from antique doors we found in a junk yard (Ron’s idea). I did not want the traditional sink unit so Ron had his cabinet maker build a cabinet. Ron utilized every inch of space; even built a small corner cabinet in between the shower wall and the commode, a brilliant idea and incredibly useful. The crowning glory of the room, double French doors separating the bathroom and bedroom. Amazing, unique and perfect.
The blessing of this bathroom now is the corner tub. Our 2 grandchildren spend happy times in the “ocean” as they call it.
